Todd and his brother, Scott, are the founders of the business, and dedicate endless efforts to ensure the highest quality of service for all clients. Furthermore, during this time, Scott designed and built two spec homes in the area resulting in profit margins of over 50% each. After leaving his previous company in hopes of continuing his real estate success, while developing more personal relationships with his clients, he joined forces with his brother, Todd, to begin 2Costa Rica Real Estate. Scott Williams, originally from Virginia, landed in Costa Rica immediately following his graduation from university eight years ago, where he studied Spanish and Political Science. During his first four years in the country, he co-directed the local operation of a global outdoor education/ expeditionary outfit called Outward Bound. Following countless adventures in Costa Rica and an in-depth study in the country’s resources, people and destinations, he did consulting work on a few small businesses, among which were a tourism center in Manuel Antonio and a property management company. Having bought, sold and remodeled several properties here, his transition into real estate three years ago came very natural. Scott also adds to his experience here some basic design and building experience on the local landscape. Taking pride in educating his clients, uncovering the best methods for success in this country, working with the highest level of integrity and always having a good time doing so are the guiding principals of his work.
