The hotel will rely heavily on the private residences inventory to satisfy demand.

Our inventory of residences is as follows; all have their own pools and are fully furnished to St Regis standards by Sheryl Rowley and included in the sales price. There are 30 (1 BR Suites) each with its own pool and fantastic views starting starting at 800k, 12 (2BR Suites) each with pool and fully furnished starting at 1.5 million, 6 (3BR villas) spectacular two level floor plan in the 3 million range.
